aha. my most recent spate of blood tests show what is on paper mild hypothyroidism but what I suspect inside my body is. significant hypothyroidism. but the bad conversion kind. which should not come as a surprise because everything my body is supposed to do on its own it fucks up so why should thyroid hormone conversion be any different

anyway this is actually exciting because it is something WE CAN EASILY TREAT. YAAAY we love a dimension of my illness that can be easily treated

Anyway um. The general narrative position of Orzammar in Veilguard makes me want to throw up blood <3

And like the argument can of course be made that it is being percieved through a very biased lense, Kal-Sharok has held this grudge for nearly a thousand years now and therefore obviously are going to percieve themselves as the more morally pure culture in comparison. And Lace is a surface dwarf who really knows nothing about Orzammar except for the discrimination she has encountered when interacting with it. Okay, sure, Dragon Age has always somewhat awkwardly attempted to be an entirely unreliable-lore tale, nothing can be taken without a grain of salt etc etc.

So I suppose my main grief and agony is more with the DECISION to make these people the only ones who get to say anything about Orzammar in this, the final reveal of the true crushing extent of the Dwarven tragedy!!!! I have spent literal decades within the understanding that Orzammar is living on borrowed time, like pretty much every codex entry written by a dwarf about themselves mentions the 'long struggle' that will eventually be lost, the darkspawn will someday claim Orzammar too and with nothing of the Deep Roads left to conquer they will finally surge to the surface and begin the endless blight. Orzammar was made the unwilling blockade for the surface against the darkspawn.

And now we find out?? That the thing that was going to be the death of them, that has been eating away at the dwarven people for millenia, the cause of a thousand thousand horrors and griefs and terrible choices and screams in the lonely dark- That was the very thing they were begging to protect them!!! Stone protect me, Stone keep me, Stone's blessings to you, she encircles us and we must protect her here where darkness meet's light- but they were not protecting her!! And she wants them all to be consumed by the tide of her righteous retribution, for forgetting her, for using her, for building their civilisation upon the wreckage of her and leaving her trapped and alone in a purgatory between life and death, between existence and absence, cut off from they who made her whole and yet they thrive and she is left behind.

But they didn't know! They don't remember! All the dwarves have been doing for generation upon generation is unconsciously trying to clumsily recreate that lost soulful feeling of being part of a cohesive whole, Solas literally calls them 'the severed arm of a once mighty hero, lying in a pool of blood' (biting him biting him biting him b-) but the point is they were also traumatised by the loss and have spent ages and ages just trying to figure out how to exist without like... THEIR CONTEXT!! Their dreams!! Like Dwarves ARE STILL part of the Titans, evidenced by the fact that when the Titans lost their dreams so did all the dwarves, even those born post the calamity, they just are disjointed, disassociated!!!

... But Orzammar is just a stupid, hidebound, oppressive, politically-putrified, 'immoral' city of people whose perspective on all this is ergo completely superfluous, uninteresting and unimportant. And Kal-Sharok (who are just sooo morally pure they're making all the GOOD choices and don't have any prejudice in them at all and their own tragedies only drove them towards good things so I guess it was good Orzammar cut them off after all???) Well they apparently already know most of it anyway and they're ready to move on and grow and learn and it's all just so neat and clean and no dwarf who venerates and loves the Stone has any catastrophic or ugly feelings about this whatsoever! Orzammar APPARENTLY doesn't even care so yaaay how cool wow that's so cool an entire culture just doesn't care about their religion and it's origin? They just don't care? Haha! They just don't care! They're probably even suppressing it for evil oppressive reasons, completely ignoring the fact that even the Casteless have a relationship to the stone, wow! That's so compelling haha! I hate it when societies have to actually struggle with something or when religion is important to people, booo imagine... imagine......

“Misfit Toys (from the series Arcane Leauge of Legends)” by Pusha T - Think of Luffy as Verse 1 “I declare war. On anyone standing in the way of what I dream for.......” then Verse 2, starting at “rich get richer while the poor pick pocket.....” is Sabo. The bridge, “I told you dont play with the misfits, must be deaf dumb and blind you a triplet.....” is Ace. The chorus is all of them. They are the misfit toys. They are going to wreak havok on corruption, (the celestical sdragons *cough*).

“King” by Lauren Aquilina - Imagine this as Ace and Sabo telling this to Luffy; telling him to keep going at his darkest moments. OR to make it even more tragic, imagine that in your babylu AU that this was a lullaby they would sing for Luffy when he would get nightmares or got scared. Then when he gets older, after Ace and before he learns Sabo is still alive, the memories of his brothers singing this song to him as a kid pop up when he misses them, or when he still gets scared, and reminds him to keep going; even if they are not there.

“Brother” by Kodaline - This one is just self-explanitory...but every word is them.

“YOUTH” by Troye Sivan - This one is young ASL, running wild, adventuring through the woods, ignoring the world.

“Burn it Down” by Against the Current - ASL saying screw authority. Yeah were gonna cause destruction, were going to break the status quo, shake up the world a little.

Where We Are” by One Direction -

Walking in the Wind” by One Direction - Sort of has that bittersweet nostalgic feel. Like adult Sabo and Luffy recalling their childhood and each other, and knowing that someday somehow they will be reunited. For now, they can find each other in the wind, in the memories.

“La La La” by Naughty Boy and Sam Smith - Again, ASL saying screw every authoritative figure in our lives.

“Moon” by Jonah Kagen - Kind of the concept that you can love someone, you can care about someone, a friend, a family member, even if they're far apart. Even if you're in different places.

“Sunshine” by OneRepublic - Just pure young ASL running through the woods and sprinting through Grey Terminal vibes. A joyful montage feel, if you will.

“Your Guardian Angel” - So for this there are two lyric changes I make to this. Swap “my true love” with “brother” or “family” and you should be good (cause we don't do inc*st here folks). Then the “pull my strings just for a thrill” part, think of it as Ace lamenting the Marines, who want control of him, who want him dead because of his blood and his power. And also fate. But “even if saving you sends me to heaven” is exactly what happened at Marieford.

“For Good,” from the musical Wicked, sung by Idina Menzel and Kristen Chenoweth - This song describes them so perfectly because they met for a reason. Ever. Single. Word. I could go SO SO SO in depth about this. I could go on and on. I have cried my EYES out to this song thinking about ASL, and people in my own life.

YAAAY finally a request so hype to do this for my little angry Pomeranian <3 I hope this did the request justice give me some feedback for sure i wasnt sure how long to make it

Bakugou was heaving as he launched himself past falling rubble trying to keep up with the enemy infront of him. He was tired, he was bleeding and he didn't know how much longer he could keep it up. He could see a stream of green above him as Deku joined the chase. His body was on fire from the use of his quirk but it was so close to being over. He was looking forward to laying down and being left alone for a couple days.

His focus was shattered as the screaming of Deku. "KACCHAN STOP!" Katsuki's head hit smacked into the concrete and everything went black before he could even register the attack.

Katsuki blinked slowly as his vision tried to focus on the lights and shapes around him. His limbs felt like they weighed ten times the amount they should as he struggled to register the current world around him.

"Ah! He lives!" A celebratory laugh and the sound of footsteps advanced on him. A soft hand pushed him back down. He struggled against it but his body felt no energy to fight back as his eyes focused on the person above him.

"Ah ah. Stay down. Not done yet." You looked down at him, a smirk on your face. Katsuki wanted nothing more than to tell this woman to go away, to stop bothering him but he was so tired and so weak that he just watched as you moved around him looking at a tablet in your hands.

"Vitals look good, blood pressure seems to be rising but I have heard you got quite the temper dont'cha?" You laughed as the sound of you tapping the screen filled the silence. "You're healing - but slowly which concerns me. It's too slow for someone like you and nothing I did helped. I dunno what you got hit with but boy they did a number on you."

Katsuki's eyes followed you as you walked behind a console and focused on whatever it was in front of you. He was able to finally at last force himself up, swallowing the wince as he went. In front of him a hologram of a skeleton illuminated. Certain bones and areas were highlighted red.

"See here, your ribs got hit hard, a few broken. Clean break luckily. Abrasions, bruising, a few cuts and gashes. Things are just not healing quickly. It's not a poison. It's something else." You looked over at him as he placed his feet on the ground. His face scrunched in pain but he didn't say anything.

You rolled your eyes, a soft chuckle leaving you.

"Eh? What's so funny?" If looks could kill those red eyes of his would throw real daggers at you. You shook your head and held up your hands in defense. "Nothing. You are just as stubborn as they say."

Doors opened and Izuku walked in. "Oh Kacchan! You're up. Shouldn't you be resting?"

'Tch. Shut up." Katsuki started to walk out the doors but Midoriya stopped him. "Where are you going?"

Katsuki just glared. "Home? Where else?"

You laughed. "Home? You are a little far from home my friend."

Large metal shutters started to open on the opposite side of the room revealing a vibrant and lush landscape. "Welcome to Wakanda Katsuki." Your smile was wide as you stared out in awe of your homeland.

Katsuki felt his attitude towards you soften from the way you looked out at the world with awe. Even the bubbly personality you had in light of his rudeness, the sarcastic and teasing tone that went with it.

"Anyway, let me show you to your room.

Izuku had bid his farewells and katsuki followed you just down the hall from the lab to the next set of doors into a tasteful apartment. "You can stay in here, close to the lab so I can keep an eye on you. I'll have you in the lab daily to check on ya and figure out what is the causing of this lack of healing but get some rest for now. You're gonna need it." You smiled and left the room.

Once it was clear you were gone Bakuguo made it to the bedroom before laying down and groaning against the pain he was trying to hold in.

"Rise and shine fire boy!" Your voice rang out as you threw open the large curtains in the bedroom.

Katsuki groaned, covering his head with a pillow. "Buzz off."

"We have things to do, c'mon. Meet me in the lab." You tauntingly patted the pillow over his face and walked out. In the moment Katsuki was thankful for the pillow in the moment because it covered the smile that forced it's way on to his face.

He slowly but eventually made his way into lab. You hovered over a table with something half melted on it. The closer he got he realized it was his grenadier bracers. "Hey! Don't touch those!" His temper rose as tried to move towards you threateningly but the pain that spiked from his ribs cut his rampage short.

You looked up at him with a smile. He hated how it smoothed the rage over. "Relax, relax. I cannot break it more than it already is. I simply want to make them better. It's interesting technology but - mine - is better." You strutted back to the console from the previous day. "Lay down. I want to take another scan."

Katsuki glared at you. You huffed putting your hands on your hips. "What's the problem?" He didn't like people bossing him around, telling him what to do but he did like the ay you were matching his attitude. Everyone usually got mad at him, told him he was rude or stubborn and to get over it but so far you had not expressed a single complaint about him. You just shot back whatever he dished out and, he liked it.

He smirked. "Nuthin'." and laid back down on the table. He watched you as you focused. He noticed the way you were biting the inside of your cheek as you focused. It was cute.

"Hm, well. Whatever it was has worn off. Damn. You seem to be healing properly now. The medication I gave you seems to have finally mended the bones. I wanna check something else though." You walked up to the side of the weird platform he laid on. "Lift up your shirt."

His eyes went wide. "What?! No." You rolled your eyes and laughed. "I need to see the bruising and I need to check under the bandages. Relax, Kats."

He felt the tension slip away at the nickname you used. He internally scolded himself but reluctantly lifted his shirt above the bandages. You examined intently, placing a couple fingers along the bruises and pressing. His skin prickled at your touch. "Oh, sorry, hands are probably cold." You pulled away, rubbing your hands together quickly to warm them up. Except that wasn't why his skin got goose bumps. It was just your touch - soft and delicate. You pulled at the bandage revealing what would have been a wound. "Ah. Healed. Nice." You pulled away completely and walked to the console again. He pulled his shirt down and slowly sat up. "Well I'd say you will be healed completely and back to full strength in a matter of days. However, I would like to take a look at your suit maybe make a few adjustments."

"Sure, whatever." He slouched where he sat, looking out the large windows that were now uncovered. "I could show you around if you like? Wakanda has a lot to offer." Katsuki shrugged, pretending to feign disinterest but in reality he wouldn't mind spending more time with you.

He had followed you out of the lab. He responded in grunts and huffs as you led him around but your mood never changed. He liked it when you smiled at him when it came to rooms you really enjoyed such as the large conservatory filled with lush plants.

Eventually you came to a stop. "Well, that's most of it. I can take you back to your room if you want. You should rest some more."

He scoffed, his hands in his pockets and he side eyed you. "I'm fine."

You smirked. "SO does that mean you want to continue?"

He shrugged again, feeling a heat come to his face. "Sure, whatever. I don't care." You hummed at him. "Right."

So, you continued day after day. He followed you around the grounds, through fields and forests. As time went on he slowly spoke more. You teased each other, bantering in a way he was unable to do with anyone up until this point. People took him too serious, took his jokes or insults too serious but you didn't. You kept up with him and sometimes even left him without comebacks.

It was one day that finally got him, he couldn't take the feelings that were bubbling up inside him. It was the way you stood over his bracers, nimble fingers toying with them, the way your eyebrows furrowed as you tested it and it didn't work out as planned. Katsuki didn't even realize he was staring.

"I know you are there Kats. I don't bite.... usually." You sing song voice echoed out as you winked at him over your shoulder. He felt the heat that rushed to his face, but scoffed instead trying to hide the smirk that threatened his stoic face.

"What'cha doin' anyway?" He stepped up beside you, his skin brushing yours. He hated the way he wanted to just get closer. "I just uh-" You stopped short, needing to concentrate. Katsuki smiled down at you but felt the need to cover it. "Well? What is it?"

You glared at him for his impatience, his scowl quickly dissipating into wide eyes as they flicked from your own to your lips and back up. He wet his lips in response. A soft smirk formed your lips. "Don't worry, not gonna break anythin'."

He hummed at you, watching you rewire and rework the bracers. "How's your injuries feeling anyway hm?" You didn't look to him as you spoke but his eyes never left your form. "Oh, uh..." Truthfully he felt fine now but he knew once he was better he would have to leave Wakanda, leave you. "Still sore and uh painful, yeah, hurts." He tried to speak with conviction even going so far as to hold onto his rib as if it ached.

You side eyed him and held back the smile that played at your lips. "Well I guess you'll just have to stay longer then won't you? I can't send you away when you are still in so much pain. Right Kats?" The sarcasm that laced your voice was playful but it went over his head. "Yeah, yeah, painful and sore. Right." He nodded his head long trying to convey seriousness.

You poked him right in the rib where the injury had been but he didn't even react. "Looks painful you're right." You tilted your head as you looked up at him. His brows furrowed in confusion for a moment before his brain fog of just thinking about you touching him cleared and he realized what was actually happening. "That hurt."

You smirked at him. "I'm sure it did. I guess you really will have to stay. Hope that's not a problem."

He licked his lips, staring at your own again. "Hmm, ya i guess I'll have to make it work somehow."

He'd make it work. He didn't care if it took another injury. Getting closer to you was the only thing on his mind right now.

To start, among my myriad of issues, I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polcystic Ovary Syndrome). This means I have a hormonal disorder and get cysts on my ovaries. Additionally, and ultimately how we found out about the worsening of the PCOS, I had extremely irregular menstrual cycles. So following a rather harsh 32-day cycle with pain in which i described as "wolverine gutting me repeatedly even though there's nothing left," and a failed trip to the hospital for aid, it was determined that due to these excessive cycles, I was severely anemic! Borderline blood transfusion, anemic. Yaaay!

Fast-forward! I was scheduled to undergo 2 rounds of Injectafer, an iron infusion to help get my levels back on track ( at the time, I wasn't capable of holding iron or producing enough of it ). The first session was fine! I sat with my phone and my mom and watched some Netflix.

Second infusion. . . They hooked me up, I got comfortable, and opened my book. I had enough time to look at my mom and said, "Hey, I'm sure it's just my anxiety, but I felt a small pain in my arm. Probably just the needle, but my chest feels cold and—" !! Everything went black, and I couldn't breathe. I could distantly hear people around me, but I couldn't move or see or breathe. My mom says I flushed red, and then all the blood left my body in an instant. They apparently even started to pull out a crash cart.

But they stopped the infusion and immediately replaced it with Benadryl and whatever steroid they used. The coming-back was ROUGH, and they forced the medicine into me quickly, so it BURNED.

Anyway, the staff there now know me by name; pretty sure it scared the shit out of them coz it doesn't happen so often and was really supposed to be an incredibly low chance of that happening.~

SO YEA, I am allergic to Injectafer! 1 of 2 known medical allergies! BUT I MAKE A STABLE AMOUNT OF IRON ON MY OWN NOW !!!!!!!!!!!! YAY ME!!!!!!

PLEASE explain some things about HOMESTUCK MINUS CANON i am LEGITIMATELY INTERESTED

Instead of getting an ultimatum n splitting the timeline based on johns decision i chose to make it all sunshine n rainbows cause i love the fluff n i will never forgive the epilogues for jumpscaring me w dirk hanging himself in what was supposed to be the silly lighthearted timeline

So far i don't really have a plot just everyone hanging out

The remaining trolls ask john to save the rest of the trolls like he saved vriska in the retcon with the only exception being vriska herself he tried talking to her trying to convince her that fighting lord English isn't worth it n to please just go to earth c w him but she's too far up her own ass to abandon her delusions of grandeur

I haven't drawn anything about it yet but i imagine he'd also try to talk to ghost vriska trying to save any vriska at that point but she's made peace with living the rest of her days in the dying dream bubbles or something like that

I thought more about the humans than the trolls but back on earth c everyone is living their domestic lives

Rose n kanaya still adopt a troll daughter but this time they don't name her after vriska cause in my heart kanaya fucking hates her n rose is indifferent their daughter is a mutant blood like karkat cause kanaya n karkat actually have a positive relationship unlike a certain blue person (also something something dolorosa parallels) karria is the one who admires vriska n models herself after her much ti kanyas horror

Jade ends up w davepeta as opposed to having negative rizz n no one wanting them they also don't have a baby w rose behind kanayas back yaaay i imagine ruby kinda resents jade cause they had a hands off approach to parenting inspired by dear ol grandpa (i am not sure how davepeta would be as a parent I'm making this up as i go along)

Jake n rox end up together cause i couldn't care less about janejake or dirkjake n i love crackships also rox is trans it's the only thing I'm keeping from meat cause i love him transmasc rox haters go make ur own au anyways merlin is a silly what is he a wizard or something that sounds gay

John n dave have a little situationship going on both of them are pining hard but dave isn't ready to commit n john to me seems like he'd want kids i think he'd want to n love being a dad so casey jr became real me thinks even if dave is not ready to commit he'd drop everything to support john n casey if john asks him but john doesn't wanna force the parent lifestyle on him blah blah your feelings matter too whatever they're emo it's kinda gay tbh

This is as far as i thought about in depth the other characters are there i just haven't thought of what to do w them i could pair up the trolls too this is my dollhouse after all equitav is definitely gonna be there i love them so much

My problem is w jane n dirk cause they're so awful in the post canon content i genuinely have no idea how to even begin to cater them to my liking everytime i see them in the epilogues n 2 i just think of this

At the very least jane won't be the fucking evil president cause mayor is right there n he's already perfect n dirk won't be insufferable n completely mischaracterised it's like the ppl writing this didn't even comprehend their character arcs I'll stop now before i reveal too much of my post canon opinions

I also wanna explore a little bit of vriskas side w her refusing to take the L n not pretend to be the hero n watching everyone in the dream bubbles die cause of her hubris I'd take vriska war trauma over whatever the fuck is going on in the meat timeline anytime

Compared dialogue from my Warden gal run because I couldn't remember exactly what she said there and was pleased to see that she's always fairly positive about the state of the city (even on a saved-Treviso run).

Rook asked how she was holding up.

Neve: I've seen reports from the city. The lost... Neve: But more are still standing than I might have bet on.

Halos is totally fine!

Yaaay flirt option!

Rook: We started this together, and.... Neve: Now we stay focused, cross our fingers, and keep our guard up.

That's super cute that Rook brings up that they were both around at the beginning and pfffff, Neve cut off whatever he was going to say about finishing the job together, presumably on the grounds that that's looking too far ahead. (With the honest option here, friend Neve says "We can't get overconfident.")

Rook pointed out that Neve was thinking about something else too.

Neve: This started with Solas. It will end there, too. Neve: He played mind games with you, targeted your emotions, then went right for the heart.

Rook was a little :( at this because it is of course true.

Neve Gallus is your gal for companions-ticked-about-the-blood-magic content: she brings it up 1) after Tearstone while she's in Bellara's room 2) in her banter with Solas and 3) her goodbye here, and she always does all those both as a friend and if she's romanced. :D

I suspect the trick dagger ending falls into the later category. Eeeeee heeeeeeee.

Neve: However this plays out, I'm with you, Trouble. Right to the end.

Which made Rook laugh, awwww. (Friend Neve has a possible line that will also make Rook laugh and in both cases it's just a lovely moment while things are otherwise looking dire).

Neve: Rook, before we go, I....

Rook immediately guessed what she was hesitant to say and told her "It's all right" (as shorthand for "you don't have to tell me you love me in front of other people; you know and I know and it's perfectly fine for you to not say that out loud Right Here").

(A note: Rook is *wonderful* in this romance at not being pushy with Neve at all and generally is just consistently present and patient and waits on whatever Neve wants to do, even when that involves watching Neve pace back and forth on a dock debating with herself for several minutes.

Neve tends to be very private - except with Bellara, XD - about seriously talking about their relationship so I really like the brief you-don't-have-to-do-a-serious-public-display-of-affection reassurance).

Neve went for it anyway.

Neve: I love you.

THERE's the delivery that I've seen posts on where people have commented that she says it's like she's trying not to cry/generally like it's really difficult to say.

(She said "All I know is, if I don't say I love you this time, I'll regret it" *much* more easily earlier in the Lighthouse, when it was just them).

I'll talk about my current favorite pair, Campbell (she/he) and Rue (they/them) :3

Campbell is a vampire pred who enjoys both drinking human blood and feeding on shrunken humans or other tinies. he was turned into a vampire when he was 28 and he's been 28 for. a while. he's still pretty young by vampire standards though. she's very lazy and messy and doesn't get out much, she has quite a standoffish personality when you first meet her c: she is blunt and sarcastic to hide her anxiety around people and doesn't have many friends. he doesn't mind though, because he doesn't care much about people or what people think of him, he's happy in his own little bubble

left to his own devices he will usually try to hunt unpleasant humans he thinks are a waste of blood like domestic abusers etc etc, but it's a big emphasis on "usually". she's a very opportunistic hunter and her willpower to resist her bloodthirst is not very strong, so often she'll just eat whoever happens to be around and won't feel too much guilt about it. it's just like "whoops oh well" and that's all lmao

Rue is Campbell's human partner! they're around thirty-three years old. they're bright and highly sociable and a lover of chaos and drama. so far they've been an observer only, but recently I've been toying with the idea of Rue being a cannibal, meaning initially the reason Campbell and Rue fell in together was because it was mutually beneficial - Campbell drinks the blood of a victim and Rue cooks the meat. presently, Rue loves to fuss over Campbell and adore him even though he's a lazy layabout, and they will lure prey straight to him or catch him tinies so they can watch him stuff himself haha

I honestly don't know if Rue even cares for Campbell much as a person, or whether they just have a kink and some sociopathic tendencies and like to see Campbell feeding. Rue doesn't hold any emotional attachment to other humans, and they enjoy seeing the way people struggle and squirm against the inevitable, all the while telling Campbell what a good job she's doing. it's a fine arrangement for Campbell, he doesn't mind at all. he gets prey of all kinds delivered right to his door and he gets someone to massage him and get him off and fuss over him

Campbell can easily drain and kill a whole full-sized human, but also enjoys feeding on Rue while obviously not killing them. Rue is friend. Rue also will eat the occasional tiny prey, although it's not something they actively crave. for them it's just a bit of fun. the feel of them fluttering around inside the stomach is a bit of a novelty for Rue and Campbell finds their reactions to the sensation entertaining :P Rue can't stomach more than two or three tinies at a time before they get nauseated while Campbell can easily fit thirty or so :3

I don't know much about their story together yet, it's just vibes so far! I just like writing about their fun little feeding sessions, all vore no plot hahaha

also I'm realising I don't have any real prey ocs, unfortunately the role of the prey in most of my scenarios is just to get eaten, usually in a mass vore scenario, so I don't spend much time developing them whoops

maybe I should try n come up with some interesting prey ocs...... hmmmmm.....

So blood work results came in.

Prog - 8.6 ng/ml roughly 11 hours after last intake

Estradiol 323 pmol/l roughly 14-16 hours after last intake (which is decent number I say, specifically didn't slap any gel on morning to look what levels will be) (plus my tits still growing okay so I not concerned at all with those numbers they in perfectly okay levels😌)

T - 4.97 nmol/l which is just 0.97 above of CIS wome levels (proly white european women actually

Some thoughts. Combo of 5mg estradiol gel and 400 mg prog just enough for me to keep testosterone in check

However I am not sure that I need that much prog in my system. It's fight with T for same receptors when it's enters system, same with estrodiol (if I remember correctly, might be wrong).

So by having a decent amount of prog in my system, even with bit higher T level I may not experience effects of T cause it just sits around doing nothing cause prog bullied it away from its receptors that allow T to have any effect (transmasc btw don't just relly on general level of t analysis. Do check up other things to. You could have levels through the roof but not experience much effect because other things in play. Blood work is damn complicated topic to write from a top of my head)

And there no guarantee that T level even get significantly higher then it's now. With 200mg prog it was at 8 nmol/l which mean 200 extra knocked it down by 3. Extra 1.5 per 100 mg or even worse after 300mg we hit a wall and dampening of T levels make a nose dive

Which lead me to the point of my yesterday rant. There many reasons for me to experience brain fog.

Inconsistent diet and sleep - unlikely, that happen not that often to be of any significance

Burn out - highly likely but it's not like I wasn't burned out for like last 4 years. It may reinforce what I have now but ilat this point it's not a root of a problem (it kinda is but until I change my job and won't start art commission for living I don't see anyway to address it)

And progesterone - one of things about prog is that have sedative effect. For a few month I was doing split dose on morning and evening and it sedated the ever living shit out of me. For 2 month I didn't wanted ANYTHING. Hard to concentrate pay attention - oh my adhd was a field trip those two month.

After switching back for one intake before sleep stuff get a bit better but fog not gone completely.

So for now I pick prog as a main culprit of this issue. I gonna lower dose down to 300 mg for next 2 month then do another blood work (though this time I'm gonna some e-gel on morning. I wanna see his my day to day levels behave too. Also if I remember correctly prog not only suppress T but E too? May mistaken something but after increasing prog my E levels dropped too)

So anyway figuring out correct doses of meds take time and mistakes could be make but I feel better then before. Life is great tits and hips are growing and maybe soon I would have some energy back. Yaaay
